i make mine with fat-free greek yogurt. taste richer cuz it’s thicker, but oh-so-good! love low calorie fruit and yogurt parfaits. they taste so much better than what you’d get at mcdonalds or something.

thanks for these great parfait ideas! I LOVE apple cinnamon yogurt (I get it in the yoplait light flavor) so I’m going to use that for the apple cinnamon parfait recipe. It will definitely taste like apple pie. yummy!!!
